The parental code of an educational institution should contribute to the formation of the behavior of a parent as a legal entity of a minor student, respect for the educational process and teachers, school administration, and the creation of a comfortable and safe environment in an educational institution. educational institution.
BASIC RULES
1.1. The parental code of this educational institution (hereinafter referred to as the Code) is based on the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 “On Education”, dated November 18, 2015 “Action Against Corruption”, dated December 26, 2011 No. 518-IV “On Marriage and Family”, dated August 8, 2002 No. 345 “On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

1.2. The purpose of the Code is to introduce uniform rules and obligations for parents.

PARENTS HAVE RIGHTS
2.1. The choice of a general education institution and the form of education for children until they receive basic secondary education;
2.2. get acquainted with the Charter of the educational institution and other documents regulating educational activities;
2.3. Participate in the management of the school, in particular, elect and be elected to the board of trustees (the school-wide parent committee), participate in classroom and school-wide parent meetings and express their opinion;
2.4. To be informed in a timely manner about meetings of the parent meeting, the Board of Trustees and the parent community with the administration of the educational institution;
2.5. To get acquainted with the content of education, the current teaching and upbringing methodology, technologies for teaching educational work and assessments of the child's progress;
2.6. On the transfer of a child studying at home to school based on the results of attestation of an educational institution;
2.7. Contact the school administration to resolve disagreements between students, teachers and students, teachers and parents;
2.8. Ensure the upbringing of children in a moral and Kazakh-patriotic spirit, based on secular values;
2.9. Participate in the meeting of parents, as well as receive information about the child, if he does not live with him, if he does not violate the law and does not harm the child (physically, morally, psychologically);
2.10. If there are problems with the child's academic performance and behavior, participate in a meeting of the Pedagogical Council to discuss the situation without the right to consult;
2.11. Demand the exercise of the rights of the child;
2.12. If there is a reason, if he considers it necessary to meet with the teacher by prior arrangement (after the lesson);
2.13. Make warnings and suggestions to the educational institution at parent meetings, meetings of the Board of Trustees, as well as during meetings with the director of the educational institution;
2.14. Receive information about the planned types of examinations of students (psychological, psychological and pedagogical), give consent to conduct such examinations or to participate, refuse to conduct tests or participate, receive information about the results of the examinations;
2.15. Facilitate the provision of timely material assistance with additional benefits to students and pupils of individualized categories established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2.16. When examining children by a psychological, medical and pedagogical commission, discuss the results and recommendations of the survey, express their opinion on the proposed conditions for organizing the education and upbringing of children;
2.17. Participate in the management of an educational institution (Board of Trustees).

PARENTS SHOULD:
3.1. Protect their rights and interests without harming the physical and psychological health, moral development of their children, raise children without discrimination, rudely, cruelly, insulting human dignity.
3.2. To form the basis of the physical, moral and intellectual development of the child;
3.3. Have an equal relationship with the child.
3.4. Take into account the opinion of the child, guide him, advise.
3.5. Ensure that children receive basic general education and create comfortable conditions for them to receive general secondary (complete) education in a general education school or other educational institution of equal status.
3.6. Follow the charter of the educational institution.
3.7. Do not allow unreasonable interference in the work of the teacher on issues that are not included in the professional duties of the teacher.
3.8. According to Article 70 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage and Family", parents must pay attention to the health, upbringing, physical, mental and spiritual health of their children.
3.9. create conditions for the responsible consideration of moral development;
3.10. Creation of conditions for the correct formation of the child in accordance with financial capabilities;
3.11. Providing the child with teaching aids, enabling the child to live, develop and breathe at home, assistance in completing educational tasks
