Counseling a student from a psychological point of view
How to prepare psychologically?

There is no need to set goals and objectives so as not to lose yourself when a difficult situation arises. It is better to do everything gradually. Start preparing for the exam in advance, gradually, while remaining calm. If you have trouble concentrating, remember the simple things and learn the hard ones. Perform the exercise daily to get rid of internal stiffness and fatigue.

.What do you do when your eyes get tired?

Eye strain while preparing for an exam. If your eyes are tired, your body is tired. In this case, you will not have enough strength to complete the exam task. Therefore, create conditions for the rest of the eyes. You need to do any exercises.

- alternately look up and down for twenty-five seconds, to the right and left for fifteen seconds;
- write your name along with the student;
- look at one object for twenty seconds, then look at the paper in front of you for twenty seconds;
- draw a square and a triangle with the pupil counterclockwise to it.

Take food

Food should be three to four times a day and rich in vitamins. You should eat walnuts, dairy products, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits and chocolate. Another tip is not to eat too much before the exam.

How to remember a large stock of material
Repeat the material according to the questions. First remember and write down everything you absolutely know, then check the dates and facts. As you read the book, underline the key points and main points of your answer. Learn how to write a short answer plan for each question on small slips of paper. Review the short answer sheet the day before the exam.

Some laws of memory
The difficulty of memorization increases in proportion to its volume. Teaching a long passage is more effective than teaching a short one.

The more you remember in sequential work, the better your understanding.
Reading in batches is better than reading all at once. It is better to read little by little rather than reading all at once. It is much more efficient to spend a lot of time reviewing what you remember than to just read it several times. If you're working with both more and fewer materials, it's best to start with more.

Conditions for the use of employment
Alternation of mental and physical work; it is better to do gymnastic exercises, i.e. body turns, headstand exercises, because blood flows better to the brain cells. To protect your eyes, take a break every twenty to thirty minutes, take your eyes off the book and watch for a long time), watch TV shows less.
