School-gymnasium No. 80 named after Saken Seifullin is located at the address: Astana, Saryarka district, Sh. Kosshigululy, 17/2. The building consists of 3 floors. The gymnasium school has a sports hall, a dining room, an assembly hall, a choreography hall, a robotics room, etc.

To ensure video surveillance in the building of the gymnasium school, 80 cameras were installed, of which 24 cameras (16 internal and 8 external cameras connected via TCO, 24 external and 32 internal cameras).
The possibility of monitoring and controlling children in the dining room, assembly hall, library, gym and corridors of floors 1-3, where mass events are held in the building of the gymnasium (“On approval of requirements for the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism” in accordance with the decree Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2021 No. 305).
An emergency warning system (panic button) is installed in the building of the gymnasium school. For this service, an agreement was concluded with the institution of LLP "Fire Safety - 2021" No. 9 dated 01/26/2022.
