On November 4, 2022, a school-wide parent meeting was held in the assembly hall of the S. Seifullin Gymnasium School. The main purpose of the meeting was to explain the requirements of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and bring to the attention of those present about the responsibility provided for violation of the requirements of this law. The district police inspector of the OMPS of the Saryarka district police department, police captain Baltabayev Syrymbet Ardakuly, and the inspector of the juvenile police department, police captain Kairbekova Aisulu Eralievna, who were invited to the meeting, brought to their parents the requirements of Article 50 of the Constitutional Law “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (responsibility for violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on elections), Article 114 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (deliberate destruction of campaign materials, and Article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (obstruction of the exercise of voting rights or the work of election commissions).
